The Power of Fire and Ice

Cassandre Dayne

Ah - the power of the two - amazing and something that can't be denied. When I penned the Fire Series, I had no idea how many readers would follow and love my two main characters. Putting a human cop, one with several flaws with a Russian vampire ended up being a sizzling event - especially when they were forced to work together in order to solve horrific crimes as well as an ancient curse. As the trilogy ended readers wanted more. Then again, so did I. So the Ice series was born. This time around things are different, given my cop was turned into a vampire, but the crimes remain, horrors unlike anything we've ever experienced worse than ever. A taste of what will be...

MELTING ICE - DESTRUCTION (Unedited)

In the black of night there are many secrets, one that can destroy. In the light of day there is little to salvage what remains. Only death can save your blackened soul… “What are you doing?” Blinking several times he could see nothing but a bright blue light shining in the corner All around him was nothing but blackness. Where the fuck was he? He glanced around him and all he could hear was a whirling noise. Everything was fuzzy. The moment he shook his head he screamed in agony. Anguish unlike anything he’d ever known swept through every cell, every muscle in his body. “Hey! Who are you?” His words seemed to echo in the darkness. He could tell his pulse was racing.

He didn’t need to be a doctor to figure out he was close to having a panic attack. Where had he been? What had he been doing? That’s right. He’d gone to the club and had a few
drinks. Then he’d danced with the blond. Yeah. What then?

Clink!

“What the fuck?” The sound was eerie and he could swear he heard cackling laughter. “Is someone there? Please? I don’t know what’s happened to me.”

“You will soon.”

Where had the voice come from? He jerked forward, suddenly realized he was shackled in some manner. Sweat was running down both sides of his face and he lifted his head, nearly strangling himself on something. Coughing, he wiggled his jaw and whatever was positioned around his neck had just constricted from his movement. “Who are you?”

“I am no one special but I will bring you peace, faggot.”

“What? What the hell are you talking about? I have a wife and kids.” Shivering, a wafting smell, one indicating something rancid, forced bile into his throat. He retched and spit and the noose tightened. Now he could barely breathe.

“Don’t move. Just stay right where you are.”

Fear unlike anything he’d ever known enveloped him and he darted his eyes back and forth, trying to make out anything. The damn light blinded him but he heard a humming noise along with a series of clangs. He thought about his wife and kids, who’d be waiting at home, or maybe they’d be asleep. He had no idea what time it was. Why had he gone to the bar? To get fucked. You wanted a cock stuck up your ass.

The reality hit him hard. He’d been frequenting bars for almost a year for a quick fix, fulfilling a need he didn’t understand. Now he’d been caught. What would his wife think? What would happen to his practice? He licked his lips and realized there was blood on them. There was no memory of anything but… Oh God. The man had been no more than twenty, tops. They’d gone to the bathroom of the club and without any hesitation he’d dropped his pants
in front of the boy, leaned over the sink and spread his ass cheeks.

Dear God he’d sunk to new levels. He didn’t even remember a condom. What the fuck was he thinking? A tear slipped out of one eye and he sniffed. The sound of his attacker’s laughter made him wheeze. “What the fuck do you want from me? What? Do you want money? So I was fucking a kid. Okay? I was and hell yeah, I enjoyed it. So the fuck what?”

When there was no additional sound he jerked against whatever confines were keeping him tethered. “What!”

“Destruction will end all fears and all self doubt. Be thankful my friend, for you are one of the chosen.”

The voice was full of a dark husky, the sound almost guttural and he strained to understand the meaning of the words as the light began to swirl, crawl forward in an ominous way. The light was beautiful, mesmerizing in a way he hadn’t noticed before. There was something so very peaceful as he looked into the cascading hues and for a few seconds he smiled.

“And the damned shall rise to take over the earth.”

“The damned?” he asked as the clanging of metal against metal whirled over his head. He blinked several times as the blue light shifted, a figure settling in the middle, morphing into various shapes as it moved closer. He was enthralled by the intense beauty, the magnitude of a sudden understanding of who and what he was and for a few seconds he knew he’d found the very light of salvation.

A smile crossed his face as the figure moved from the bright light. Sputtering at the sight of the vile and wretched creature, all he could do was…

**** Destruction. The word continued to remain in the back of Jax’ mind. He swirled the tip of his finger around the rim of his coffee cup, surprised he could taste the bitter brew any longer. Everything about him had changed, including his basic desires. His dreams had been filled with enough blood and gore he was left in need every morning. He swallowed and ran his hand through his hair. Every part of him was shaking. What the hell was going on with him?As if he didn’t know. He was a vampire, recently turned.

“Detective Jax Steele, or should I say the highly decorated Detective Steele. Interesting to see you in the boughs of the city. What brings you to these parts?”

“He enjoys the ugly scenery. Didn’t you know that, Franklin? Suits his nasty moods.”Hearing the bantering of two fellow officers was normal, however this morning he was in no fucking mood for their antics, or anyone else’s for that matter. He was hungry, his needs becoming insatiable. He resisted snarling as he tipped his head. “Detectives Franklin and Oiler. You’re up early. I would have thought the bottle of scotch you drank last night would have kept you under the covers for hours.”

“Ouch!” Detective Oiler narrowed his eyes. “You running tabs on us, buddy?”

“No need to. I could smell you from across the street when I was talking home,” Jax mused as he rose from his chair. There was no way he was going to finish his coffee.

“Jesus Christ. Somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning,” Detective Franklin said as he leaned in. “As a matter of fact you do have dark circles under your eyes. I think you’ve been performing some extra curricular activities if you ask me.”

“You’re right. Carnal in nature,” Oiler added.

Jax breathed in and dragged his tongue across his emerging fangs. The goading was going to stop, one way or the other. He tossed down a couple bucks for a tip and headed for the café door.

“Thought you’d like to know there’s a mandatory staff meeting later. I’m sure you won’t want to miss it,” Franklin snickered.

Everyone in the department blamed Jax for his partner’s death, something he’d never be able to get out of his mind, let alone forgive himself for. Little did anyone know about the horrific circumstances surrounding the man’s death. They simply couldn’t. “Not for the world.” Fucker. Huffing, he slipped his wallet into his back pocket and stepped outside, wincing from the bright sun. Goddamn he hated the light.

He shivered and headed for the curb.

“Aaaahhhh!”

The blood curdling female scream was instantly followed by a second and a third. Then pandemonium seemed to takeover the entire street. “What the fuck?” Squinting, he tried to make out the reason for the panic. There was no way to tell. The already busy street was quickly evacuating away from an unassuming brownstone building. The entire street was lined with quaint shops and restaurants nestled against a cobblestone street – something Richmond, Virginia was well known for. He sniffed the air, unable to detect anything but adrenaline and utter terror.

Whatever was going on horrified the crowd. He raced across the street, vaguely aware he was being followed by the two beefy detectives. He yanked out his badge, holding the steel piece above his head. “Let me through. Police officer. Let me through.” He pushed his way past men and women who wore expressions of disgust. When he reached the other side, he noticed a single woman on her knees just up ahead. Crying hysterically, her body was convulsing.

“Miss. Are you all right?” Jax asked then his keen sense kicked in. Lifting his head, the sun shifted until the gleaming steel bars shone like a prized possession. Only the prize wasn’t one of good fortune.

“Fuck…me…” Franklin said between clenched teeth as he flanked Jax’ side.

“Oh my God. Who the hell could have done something like this?” Oiler added. Huffing, the expression on his face was one of revulsion.

SYNOPSISFor Detective Jax Steele, his life serving the good people of Richmond Virginia was forever changed. Just coming to terms with his status as a recently turned vampire, he was faced with a series of brutal crimes instilling fear into the hearts of every human in the city. We All Have a Dark Side

Cassandre Dayne

Yes, everyone of us has a very dark side, one in which we need to venture into a heightened state of evil or kink. For some reason we all need to let loose, explore our inner sanctum and yet few of us allow the creatures who dwell within to breach the surface. For many, the concept of embracing a touch of raw evil is too all consuming. For the rest of us the thought is pure euphoria.

I write in many genres and for those of you know know me realize I embrace all aspects of sex and kink. I'm also one who craves giving you a taste of madness, a moment where you're allowed into the rabbit hole few are ever invited into. In my writing I'm allowed to explore the type of dark terror the majority of us would run away from, screaming as though

the nightmares presented are real. Perhaps they are - if only in our minds.

What I've realized over the past few years is that I truly prefer to explore the evils of man, examine how basic normalcy moves into the sublime of murder and mayhem. When you add the paranormal aspect, whether we're talking vampires or werewolves, zombies or other creatures of the night, everything becomes more sensual, provocative. When I began combining my love of murder, serial killers, vampires and BDSM, for some reason readers truly embraced my personal dark side. I was able to give the worst of humans as well as the best of monsters and co-mingle them in a method that seemed to be a wild ride, one so many grabbed onto.

I had no idea where the Fire Trilogy would go. I had two characters in mind - my human cop who was very flawed and my Russian vampire, who longed for so many aspects of his past. I was very intrigued by attempting to bridge a curse with what had to be a heady dose of humanity. Throwing in aspects of BDSM and the reality of being a damaged soul proved to be a caustic but very powerful connection.

I fell in love with the characters and so did my readers. And so a new collection was born, one bringing you yet an even more intense side to the characters, showcasing their worst fears and tortured souls. ICE will take you much further into the depths of the characters, the reason they came to certain decisions. You'll be able to see the horrors in humans as well as a certain level of salvation within the monsters we so fear. 2015 will be the year of the vampire in ways you certainly can't imagine. A small taste...

ICE

In the days of the beginnings they knew no end. In the time before the Passing they celebrated life that held no bindings of man or beast. In the days of the kingdom they celebrated in life and in death, as they needed, until they were forced to ask for more…

MELTING ICE – DESTRUCTION

For Detective Jax Steele, his life serving the good people of Richmond Virginia was forever changed. Just coming to terms with his status as a recently turned vampire, he was faced with a series of brutal crimes instilling fear into the hearts of every human in the city. A monster lurked, one so heinous no one was safe from danger. Assigned to the case, he was partnered with a new detective, one who could never know he was now a creature of the night. The crimes centered around the city’s nightlife, including kink clubs and raves, he and his partner were forced to go undercover in an effort to hunt down the killer.

Master Vampire Aleksandr Vasiliev’s art business was thriving as well as his newly acquired club, one catering to those interested in all aspects of BDSM. Life was good, especially given his relationship with Jax. The Time of Passing concluded, he was relishing in a peace his kind rarely experienced. When a gruesome murder occurred in his club, he was drawn back into Jax’ world, forced to question whether another malevolent force was at work. Was the killer very human or a new brand of vampire, poised to take over? As the light of day intermingled with the stench of night, a cold wave washed over the city. Would there be anyone who could survive the destruction?

FRACTURED ICE – OBLIVION

Detective’s Jax Steele and Tyrone Walker had developed a close relationship working the gritty streets of Richmond Virginia, having solved various crimes against man and nature. What Ty would never know is that Jax was a vampire, serving both humans and creatures of the night. After being assigned to a series of kidnappings and murders, sons of prominent leaders within the community, they were taunted by shocking videos depicting the horrendous crimes. The only connection shared between every victim? A man of God. After receiving a viable tip, one both knew would lead to an indictment of the suspect, suddenly they ran against a brick wall. All communication stopped cold.

The case falling on ice, both detectives became frustrated, unable to find any additional leads. A single phone call captured, Ty began an investigation of his own, one that led him to face his darkest desires. As he traveled down a rabbit hole of knowledge, his past began to unravel, yet he was drawn into the light – a step that could lead him into oblivion. As Jax grasped the realization there was a ruse involving well-known citizens, he was forced to enlist the help of his lover, Aleksandr. Together they bridged the world of darkness, following a trail of death, but at what cost – what price would they pay for the truth?

CRUSHED ICE – REVELATION

A curse shall be reborn…

Nightmares plagued Detective Jax Steele, scenes of violence so unnerving he questioned his very sanity. Having difficulty coping as a vampire, he refused to feed, preferring to live life as a human. His work slipping, he was placed on a leave of absence, something he couldn’t afford. As a series of taunting notes began, ones drawing him back into the world of Edge Play, he found the attraction too difficult to resist.

There was no way to describe the agony Aleksandr Vasiliev was experiencing, no understanding of the reason why – except a knowing in his gut. His existence as a vampire challenged, including his life with Detective Jax Steele, he was being forced to make a choice. His past was forever comingled with Jax and a new dawn was coming, one where his ancestors wanted to take the lead, possibly destroy all he’d come to enjoy.

Both vampires faced the toughest task of their existence, one that could cost them immortality as well as the lives of all they cared about. In a race against time, they were enticed by a single promise and by the power behind the ancient curse, one they thought extinct. Floored by the revelation, they were empowered to fight against the blood of their own, a battle to the bitter end. Would either vampire survive the apocalypse of souls?

I hope you enjoyed. Soon the curse will be revealed...

Everyone Needs a Hard Spanking

Well, that's my opinion anyway. It's Cassandre Dayne taking over the Naughty Nights Press blog. I have a brand spanking new (total pun intended) collection and the first story is being released on August 21st. For fans of Spankdown, this is a take off using my wickedly hot professor, Victoria Miller, as the main characters. She had a naughty new business on the side, one her students and colleagues can never learn about. But you know what happens with secrets - right?

A little secret about me. I really am a firm believer that adults should receive spankings on a regular basis. Imagine how much of the bad behavior we have to experience at home, in our professional life and with our friends that would never occur. That is IF they were spanked on a regular basis. In my worlds of writing, women certainly aren't the only ones spanked, but I also have a penchant for Domestic Discipline. Traditionally in this lifestyle, the man or husband is Head of Household. For those of you who don't understand, in a domestic discipline situation, women have certain rules they must obey and if they break them then various methods of discipline are utilized, but spanking is often preferred.

Don't run away in fear. This is something that we as women decide as a choice in what we want within our relationship. This is no different than entering into D/s. There is trust, understanding, communication, patience, learning, more communication as we move into the journey. I believe men have their place just as women do and while the thought might shock some of you (that is those who haven't taken a gander at my blog) that's my belief. I'm very powerful in my vanilla life but I have another side...

Now spanking can take on a different role - that is if our society would allow this to happen. Corporal punishment is often thought about as being used in the penal system. But what if you could use various forms of spankings, corner time, perhaps soap in the mouth, to correct the bad behavior of our employees? Hmmm... Following the rules takes on an entirely new meaning. Right? Spank Me - the collection was born out of this very thought. I hope you enjoy the first of many in the sizzling storyline and here's your first taste...

PERFECTING DISCIPLINE
Synopsis

For Victoria Miller, she knew in her heart everyone deserved a solid spanking now and then. Too bad she wasn’t allowed to convey her beliefs in an open forum. Unfortunately being a highly respected college professor meant endeavoring to share her many years of hallowed education while maintaining a very conservative persona. While she was a good girl during the day light hours, at night she was one wicked vixen, indulging in her hunger for BDSM and Domination, including giving the Internet world her views on corporal punishment. Her spanking blog was a hit, allowing men and women to convey their personal stories of Domestic Discipline and other methods of intense punishment in a protected environment. But she longed for more and developed the perfect plan.

Her idea? Spank Me - a company catering to men and women craving being taken in hand. As summer break approached, interest in her company soared, customers ready to feel the heat of a paddle, the sting of a whip. The trouble was, she hadn’t secured a Master Disciplinarian. A simple ad on Craig’s List, a day long audition and one masked man perfect for the job. But who was the mysterious stranger who seemed to know her most private details? The secret revealed, a touch of blackmail held just above the surface, Victoria was forced to enter into a caustic business relationship – one that proved to be extremely profitable as well as intensely passionate. But what would happen as the new school year approached? Ah, decisions. Decisions. And more spankings for every naughty girl and boy.

How hard do you need your spanking?

EXCERPT
Victoria Miller waved to several students as she whisked through the hallway. Ah, university life. And what a year it had been. She’d introduced some incredible, albeit risqué psychology courses, enjoyed teaching the majority of her students, and had a snazzy tryst with not one but four of the hot, young men who’d graced her classrooms. Then there had been the spanking event. Her entire body tingled as a few shameless visions of fucking and flogging eased into the forefront of her mind. She was a very bad girl.

“Have a great summer, Ms. Miller.”

“You too, Michael,” she said as she unlocked her office door, sweeping inside. Summer had arrived. She set her books down and flicked on her computer. There was some paperwork to finish up, then the summer belonged to all her sinful plans. She giggled as she sat down.

“I came by to say goodbye, Ms. Miller. I had an awesome, kick ass time in your class this year. You’re an amazing teacher.”

Victoria turned to face the voice, the very husky voice of one infatuated student, and smiled. She certainly had her share of boys, who would soon be men, fantasizing about her. Granted, her persona as being a bit out of the ordinary preceded her. Other professors were leery of her and the students were… well, she certainly had an interesting few adjectives follow behind her. She studied the grinning student, her heart swelling with pride. Wally Markum had certainly changed over the last two years. No longer a shy boy, he was now a wanton sex fiend with a tremendous appetite. She’d caught him three times fucking four, yes four, different women in a hallway or empty classroom after hours. His prowess was becoming legendary. “Why Mr. Markum, I do hope you’re taking my class in animal husbandry next year.”

“I…I wouldn’t miss it for the world. You’re my favorite professor. You have yourself a hot summer.” He gave her a heated look as his eyes traveled down from her face to her legs.

Dear God, she could see a thick bulge between his legs. The life of the youngest professor in a school full of aging ninnies was captivating to say the least. Exhaling, she couldn’t help but smile coyly as she crossed and re-crossed her legs. There was nothing wrong with being very naughty on the last day of school, was there? If someone didn’t like it, they could certainly spank her. What a delicious thought. She definitely needed a solid whipping from a strong man. “And you too. Don’t get yourself into any mischief.”

“Not for the world. You know I’m a very good boy.” His grin impish, Wally’s eyes twinkled as he tipped his head and walked away.

“Of course not.” Wicked ideas racing in her mind, Victoria pressed the tip of her pen back and forth across her lips. She’d had a bit too much fun this school year, including the spanking event after her students had discovered her secret and her steamy blog. The sex they’d indulged in and the three weeks of sharing a wild tryst had been tasty, albeit a huge no-no with the University handbook. She could have lost her job. What the fuddy duddies didn’t know wouldn’t hurt them.

The last grade of what had turned out to be several stodgy thesis papers on ‘the relativity of sexual orientation in the world of marketing’ was complete, ready to send to the Proctor. Thank God. She glared at her computer screen, making mental note to figure out a more important topic for next year’s content. Perhaps something like zombies and the modern world, or the effectiveness of serial killers in the workplace would prove to be of more interest to the conservative bunch of kids in her class.

And here she thought her class has been fun as well as informative this year. At least she was done and summer break was right around the corner. Two days of year end paperwork and she was free for a couple of, hopefully productive, months. The thought gave her tingles. So did the other tasty aspects of her life. Glancing over her shoulder, she clicked on the Internet connection, typing in her personal blog. She’d been very careful to keep her day job away from the women who few new around the University.

She licked her lips as she thought about a few wild and wicked moments during the last year. There was nothing quite like indulging in her darkest fantasies, especially the incredible spankings she’d received. As she wiggled back and forth in her chair, she closed her eyes for a few seconds, envisioning every detail of being taken in hand by the sexy student. Alas, he was already gone for the summer. What a pity. He certainly knew how to give her discipline. Exhaling slowly, she knew the moment their sexy affair had started it wouldn’t last. He was twenty years her junior.

Victoria smiled, seeing her sizzling website pop onto the screen. The site was freshly redone, adding more details, including overtly sensual pictures as well as links to other sites. Clicking on her blog, she scanned down the page looking for any new comments. She was certainly becoming a well-known source for certain kinky indulgences. At last check, she had over ten thousand subscribers, the number growing every day. Who knew spanking was all the rage? Of course she did. Ever since she’d written the first blog, now almost three years before, she’d garnered followers. Men and women from all walks of life seemed to need a hard whipping now and then.

Reading the comments from her gregarious readers always gave her a smile. After looking at her watch, she figured she could spend a few minutes replying to at least a few of the comments left after her controversial blog from the night before. Domestic discipline was all the rage. As she began typing an answer to one of her most loyal readers, she became lost in the moment.

Click.

The slight sound was enough to make her jump. She fumbled to minimize the window, barely managing to do so before the Proctor of the entire University suddenly appeared beside her desk. Whew. Thank God for fast fingers. From where he stood, he would have been able to see very clearly what she was up to.

“Thurston. How lovely to see you.”

What do you think? I am many sinful things in store.

Kisses and spanks...

READY TO BE TERRIFIED?

CASSANDRE DAYNE

Isn't that the question today? Well since I am actively working on Yellow Fire - Acceptance, the third in the Fire trilogy, I thought I'd bring you a taste of the final piece of my best selling series. The question about good versus evil comes into play with this book and God and the devil himself. What I hope to do is challenge you with what you truly believe in your heart and soul to be real and your beliefs about creatures who may or may not share the night with us. Take a taste and you tell me, are you terrified yet?

YELLOW FIRE - ACCEPTANCE

SYNOPSIS

During a series of violent attacks gripping the city of Richmond, Virginia, Aleksandr Vasiliev begins to have nagging nightmares about his old nemeses and previous lover, Durac Chantal. As the gruesome mutilations continue, he realizes the monster is behind the latest murders. The Time of Passing is near and there is no way he can fight his destiny any longer. Haunting visions of his blood son, taken at the hands of a madman, refuse to leave him and he realizes solving the crime will drag him back into the pits of hell. As he turns to his lover and destined mate, Detective Jax Steele, for help they begin their final journey into what might be Aleks’ ultimate demise, a complete submittal to the Fade and the end of his life. Another force is in control of his people and it’s only a matter of time before the final Red Moon approaches, destroying what’s left of humanity.

No longer fearing the world of the night creatures, Jax hungers for more of the dark side of their D/s relationship, having completely submitted his body and his very soul to Aleks. As both men head down a path facing brutal tortures, Aleks is framed and Jax is forced to fight a monster with nothing but his heightened level of humanity. As a little boy is brought forth as a bargaining chip and the final truth about the rise of the vampires is learned, Jax is faced with a single life-altering question. Will he succumb to the ultimate sacrifice and embrace the final acceptance, entering into a life of immortality in order to save the man, his lover and the monster behind the mask? Or have the savage beasts won their fight to rule the world?

 EXCERPT - UNEDITED
“And the end of time is upon us and the rightful master shall become King,” Durac Chantal recited as he moved in a full circle around the brooding Russian. “Drefar Donga Temaine. The moment has arrived, the destiny we all seek. The time of the Passing will be our salvation. You must embrace what always belonged to you or all will be lost to the Fade. There is little time remaining. The Red Moon is upon us. Preparation has to begin.”
“No! I refuse to accept.”
“You must listen to me, Aleksandr. You’re the rightful King of our people. I was merely given to you as a protector and instead I became your lover. I wanted more from our relationship as your mate. When I turned you it was because I was required to. There are many things I still need to tell you but there’s no time. If you don’t accept your position and come back with me to the old country, then our family will begin the Fade.”
“Betwa dormagnon elan.” Hissing, Aleksandr Vasiliev studied Durac, the man who he’d loved once, many lifetimes before. This man, this murderer, was the cause for the betrayal of his kind and could tell the biting words held no meaning for the monster.
Throwing back his head Durac laughed as he held up the bottle of branding lotion, exhaling slowly as if in reverence. “Then your people will die in the very flames of hell. They will know no salvation, only torture as they remain in a frozen state for all eternity. And you will be the martyr and one hunted by the Drulins. Trust me, brother, they will find you and when they do they will destroy all you hold dear. Are you ready to give up the fight and allow the ugly creatures to claim what we worked so hard to achieve since the beginning of time. Or will you finally accept the Kingdom?”
“It’s my people now? You mean the throne of death? I want no part of your world. You betrayed us all.” Turning his back, Aleks slipped his hand into his shirt, fingering the amulet, the single most important piece of weaponry of his kind. Many had died in an effort to secure the glistening stone, secured by forged silver and gold. Some said a gift from the heavens, but he knew better. This was the damnation from Satan himself. Durac was right about one aspect. There would be no salvation for his people.
“So be it! Everyone you think you’ve ever cared about will die.”
“You took what didn’t belong to you!” Aleks snapped. “You were the cause of my wife’s death.”
Grinning, Durac closed the distance and narrowed his eyes. “And now I’ll be the cause of the death of your mate. Only then will you understand my level of powers. Only then will you understand what you’ve just given up. And then hell will embrace you.”

Hell had already embraced him, dragging him into despair and an uncontrollable rage. Sitting up from the silk sheets, Aleksandr issued a husky, keening howl, one only his kind could hear and yet he sensed Jax stirring next to him. As he turned to face his lover, the man who would be his mate soon enough, he dragged the tip of his tongue across his sharp canines. The nightmares were getting worse and had been since the time of the waning crescent Red Moon. The event had been a foretelling for his people and sadly all of mankind. Unfortunately humans knew little of the creatures of the night surrounding them, waiting with baited breath to annihilate and consume their flesh, their blood. They needed to go about their normal lives in disbelieve of the evil luring in their dark streets. While some of the dream was based in actual memories, the rest he wasn’t certain about.
He hadn’t been able to get Durac out of his mind since he heard about his son. His son. Simply saying the words enraged and confused the hell out of him. How could he not know Dimitri was his blood son? While the damning answer continued to nag him, he knew why. Durac. His not knowing had been his son’s only safety net and now the fucker had his baby. Holding out his hand, he allowed a shower of moonlight to trickle down the length of his arm.
Even his complexion had changed. Aleks longed to fight the realization of what was truly happening, but even the monster filling his every dream state reminded him he could no longer run. As Jax shifted and issued a single moan, he turned to face his lover, brushing the tips of his fingers down his cheek. He’d told the good detective only as much as he was able up to this point, but soon the entire ancient story as well as the curse would need to be shown to the human.
Exhaling slowly, the tone was laced with a deep growl and he realized the man wanted to believe he was still human, but the truth was far from the case. Jax Steele had ceased to be even remotely human the day they’d exchanged blood, now months before. And yet the detective continued to fight his own destiny. Inhaling the man’s scent, he grew hungry. Lowering his head, he allowed his fangs to elongate as he neared the man’s creamy skin. With one hand he rubbed down Jax’ chest to his groin, enjoying the feel of his pubic hair surrounding his swelling cock.

I hope you enjoyed and this will be coming soon...
